Description

AMMACHI Labs specializes in creating immersive learning experiences through
virtual skill labs, simulations, and interactive training modules. We are looking for a
2D Animator & Illustrator to design and animate engaging visual assets that enhance our Virtual Skill Lab (VSL) learning modules.

Position Overview: 
As a 2D Animator & Illustrator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D
assets, animations, and illustrations that align with instructional content. You will
collaborate with instructional designers, storyboarding artists, and Unity developers
to ensure smooth integration of visuals into digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities

1. 2D Animation & Motion Design
Develop 2D animations for skill training modules, tutorials, and interactive
learning experiences.
Use rigging, frame-by-frame, and motion graphics techniques to create
smooth and engaging animations.
Ensure animations align with real-world skill training scenarios for better
learner comprehension.
2. Illustration & Asset Creation
Design detailed character illustrations, backgrounds, and props for Virtual Skill
Lab content.
Develop icons, infographics, and UI elements to support eLearning modules.
Maintain a consistent art style and branding across all digital assets.
3. Collaboration & Production
Work closely with storyboarding artists to bring learning scenarios to life.
Incorporate feedback from instructional designers and subject matter experts
to refine animations.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Animation, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related
field.
1-3 years of experience in 2D animation and digital illustration.
Proficiency in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of animation principles, character movement, and
timing.
Basic knowledge of Unity and game asset integration is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills: 
Experience in eLearning or serious game development.
Ability to create story-driven animations for interactive learning.
