UI/UX Designer
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for
creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user
experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing
systems, wireframing, prototyping, and working within tight deadlines. This role
requires close collaboration with developers, instructional designers, and other
stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions that meet user needs and project
objectives.
Responsibilities
Design user-centric interfaces, workflows, and experiences for various
platforms.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test
concepts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
accuracy.
Work closely with instructional designers to integrate educational content into
user-friendly designs.
Identify and solve UX problems, ensuring that user needs are met throughout
the project lifecycle.
Balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining design
quality and consistency.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.
Key Skills:
Experience with User Research, creating Personas, user flows
Expertise in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe suite)
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered
design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
Qualification:
A degree in a related field such as Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer
Interaction (HCI), or User Experience (UX) Design
Certifications: (optional)
Additional certifications or specialized courses in UI/UX design if any
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing Figma expertise, user-centered approach and case
studies
Experience:
2 to 5 years
Experience working in UI projects is important—ranging from web apps, mobile
apps, dashboards, e-commerce platforms, and more.
