Chennai, India – June 23, 2025:AMMACHI Labs, the research and development center of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, continues to foster meaningful collaborations to advance skill development in India. On June 23, 2025, a delegation from AMMACHI Labs had the honor of meeting with Shri T.V. Rajasekar, the newly appointed Executive Director of the National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), Chennai.

Representing AMMACHI Labs were Mr. Ajay Balakrishnan, Associate Director; Mr. Ajai Kumar; and Ms. Gayathri Manikutty. The team extended their warm congratulations to Shri Rajasekar on his new leadership role and engaged in discussions centered on potential areas of collaboration between the two institutions.

The conversation highlighted shared interests in enhancing vocational training through innovative methodologies, digital content creation, and technology-integrated learning tools. With NIMI’s national mandate to support the Directorate General of Training (DGT) and vocational education, AMMACHI Labs expressed keen interest in contributing its technical expertise and field-tested training models to support NIMI’s impactful initiatives.
