Students from the MSc Social Data Science & Policy (SODASP) programme have brought national recognition to their institution by winning at Code4Change 2025–26, a prestigious national-level social impact hackathon.
Code4Change 2025–26 is hosted by the Centre for Data Science and Social Impact (CDSSI) at the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM), organised in partnership with DAKSH and CSSA, and was held at the International Centre Goa.

Their award-winning solution reimagined the National Judicial Data Grid (NJDG) into a more interactive, intuitive, and user-friendly platform, aimed at improving public access to judicial data. By enhancing usability and transparency, the project contributes to making India’s justice system more accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric.
The jury commended the team for their clear problem selection, realistic and implementable prototype, and strong analytical clarity, highlighting the project’s potential for real-world policy and governance impact.
