The Department of Public Policy at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Faridabad (Delhi NCR Campus), is set to host the 9th session of its ongoing webinar series titled “Future Trends in Social & Data Sciences for Public Policy.” The session will take place on Friday, April 10, from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM (IST), bringing together thought leaders and practitioners to explore innovative approaches to social impact.

Centered around the theme “Innovating Social Impact: Evidence, Entrepreneurship & Policy,” the webinar aims to examine how data-driven insights, entrepreneurial initiatives, and effective policy frameworks can collectively address complex societal challenges.

The session will feature distinguished speakers including Ms. Pamela Tikku, Vice President and Head of Public Affairs at Mahindra Group, and Dr. Aravind Chinchure, Founder and CEO of QLeap Academy. Both speakers bring extensive experience in public affairs, innovation, and leadership, offering valuable perspectives on bridging evidence-based research with real-world implementation.

In addition to expert talks, the webinar will also showcase the MSc in Social Data Science & Policy program offered at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. The program is designed to integrate computational methods, policy design, and social theory, equipping students to tackle pressing development challenges with interdisciplinary expertise.
