AmritaSSBS participated in the BRICS Business Council Summit at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, New Delhi, bringing social and behavioural science perspectives into international dialogue on technology, sustainability, innovation, skills, inclusive growth and human development.
The participation reflected Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's commitment to connecting academic knowledge with global challenges and multidisciplinary policy and development conversations.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham was represented by senior academic representatives from the Amrita School of Social and Behavioural Sciences.
The India Working Group brought together diverse sectors shaping economic development, technology, sustainability, innovation and international cooperation.
AmritaSSBS participation highlighted the social and human dimensions across these sectors. Social and behavioural sciences contribute to understanding human behaviour, social inclusion, skills development, community resilience and the societal impact of innovation.
