IEOM Woman in Industry & Academia Award

Prof. Bhavani Rao R., UNESCO Chair in Gender Equality & Women’s Empowerment (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham) and Director of AMMACHI Labs, was an invited speaker and panelist at the the Third European International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Pilsen, Czech Republic, at the Park Hotel Congress Center, from July 23-26, 2019. She was recognized with “IEOM Woman in Industry and Academia Award” by IEOM Society International, in recognition and appreciation of serving as a panel speaker of “Women in Industry and Academia (WIIA)” at the IEOM Pilsen Conference and dedication and support in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management, at Parkhotel Congress Center Plzen.
