Business Development Coordinator (Seaweed - CWEGE)
Description

Identify opportunities for business growth and development specific to rural women entrepreneurs. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of rural women in the target areas. Develop strategies to promote and support women-led businesses.

Coordinate Value-Added Product Training:

Organize and facilitate training sessions focused on the production of value-added products. Collaborate with experts to design training materials that are accessible and relevant to rural women. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Understand FSSAI and Other Certifications:

Gain a thorough understanding of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations and other relevant certifications. Assist rural women in navigating the certification process for their products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Work with Business and Product Experts:

Collaborate with business and product experts to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable for rural women. Provide ongoing support and guidance to women entrepreneurs in their business endeavors.

Documentation:

Maintain clear and organized documentation related to training sessions, certifications, and business development activities.Prepare reports summarizing progress, challenges, and successes for internal and external stakeholders.

Transparent Communication:

Foster open and transparent communication with rural women, stakeholders, and team members. Ensure that all information regarding training, certifications, and business development is clearly conveyed.

Enthusiasm and Motivation:

Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to empowering rural women and promoting their success. Act as a motivational force within the team and community, inspiring rural women to pursue their entrepreneurial goals.

Responsibilities
