AMMACHI Lab’s M.Tech Robotics & Automation student Gokul Nath K. won second prize in a Line Follower Robot Competition, Yanthra 2016. This program was organized by Electrino-Electronics Association, College of Engineering, Attingal, with participation from all the engineering colleges in Kerala.

A line follower robot is a robot able to detect and track a line even if the path is altered by changing the shape of the line. This type of robot can be built with minimal resources and this robotic application could be used improve the electronics and programming skills.

Our M.Tech program brings together students from diverse engineering backgrounds, and prepares them to take leading roles in the application driven research and development of future generations of collaborative robotic technologies and systems that work alongside humans. In addition, this program provides the necessary foundations for a professional career in the field of robotics and automation to meet the needs of the Indian control and automation industry today.
