Vallikavu, Kollam – 26th September 2025: The Kattilkadav team celebrated Amma’s birthday with a creative sustainability initiative by producing plastic bags made from waste plastic materials, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility.

On the same day, the Women Empowerment (WE) Project organized a vibrant stall showcasing a variety of handcrafted products made by graduates of tailoring, fabric painting, embroidery, and other skill training programs. These beautifully crafted items, created by differently skilled students, were displayed for sale, drawing appreciation from visitors.

The event highlighted the fusion of eco-friendly innovation and women’s empowerment, embodying Amma’s vision of compassion, self-reliance, and sustainable living.
