The event was led by Shri Jeetpal, Principal of ITI Jhajjar, and Shri Pawan Kumar, Group Instructor, and attended by 40 trainees from the Electronic Mechanic and Solar Technician trades.

The program initially focused on Solar Technician training, conducting an intensive five-day session. The curriculum, which included practical exercises, was successfully completed by all trainees. Both experimental and control group participants reported high satisfaction levels, indicating strong engagement and motivation.
