Over the course of two years, The Women Empowerment (WE) Project, funded in part by the United Nations Democracy Fund, empowered over 3,000 women in the Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Ammachi Labs offers skill development through computerized vocational education training (CVET) programs and social-democratic empowerment via its Life Enrichment Education (LEE). The training strategy is comprehensive and tailors to the needs of individual communities.
