AMMACHI Labs Leads Enriching Refresher Workshop for Telangana State Special Police

May 2nd, 2024 – Researchers and trainers from AMMACHI Labs’ Center for Women’s Empowerment & Gender Equality spearheaded a dynamic day of learning and collaboration at the Sameekshnam – BeCalm BeCompassionate refresher workshop. The event brought together 68 master trainers from the Telangana State Special Police (TSSP), representing 13 battalions, with the goal of reinforcing Core Concepts crucial to the program’s success.

The workshop, centered around Mental Health, Family Well-Being, Finance, and Gender Sensitization, provided a comprehensive platform for revisiting foundational knowledge and addressing any doubts or challenges encountered during previous sessions. The interactive sessions were designed to empower trainers with practical strategies and insights to enhance their delivery and effectiveness in community outreach.

Throughout the day, trainers actively engaged in discussions, clarified doubts, and shared their invaluable experiences. This exchange of feedback not only strengthens the program’s impact but also ensures its relevance and alignment with the evolving needs of the communities it serves.
