Gayathri Manikutty, Amrita faculty and Phd researcher of AMMACHI Labs selected as a GEM Mentor by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Niti Aayog

Gayathri Manikutty, faculty and Phd researcher of AMMACHI Labs at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Amritapuri Campus, has been selected as a GEM Mentor by the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Niti Aayog, for the third consecutive time. Additionally, she has been appointed as a Regional Mentor of Change (RMoC) for the fiscal year 2024-25.

The Mentor India program, spearheaded by AIM, is a nationwide initiative that brings together skilled professionals to offer pro-bono mentoring to young school student innovators. This program is rooted in a deep commitment to nation-building, with mentors guiding students in practicing essential future skills such as design thinking, human-centric design approaches, computational thinking, physical computing, and more. Gayathri Manikutty joins the ranks of AIM’s #MentorsofChange, embodying the spirit of mentorship and contributing significantly to nurturing India’s next generation of innovators.

The #GemsofMentorIndia, a prestigious publication by AIM, celebrates outstanding mentors who have gone above and beyond in supporting the Atal Tinkering Labs ecosystem. Gayathri Manikutty’s inclusion in this publication is a testament to her exemplary dedication and expertise in mentoring young minds towards technological and innovative excellence.
