In Dewgain village, Jharkhand Puniya Devi and Dasmi Munda humbly started as daily manual laborers. After our computerized Rural Toilet Builder course, they mastered their skill in the field of construction and went on to become Raj Mistris, master craftsmen and expert masons.

Not only has their earning capacity increased, but with the social awareness classes they took, they now have a renewed sense of confidence and can negotiate well with male labor contractors.
