S. Vishnu Rajendran and Deepu D.S presented papers on behalf of AMMACHI Labs at the International conference on Advances in Materials and Manufacturing Applications 2017 @AmritaUniversity, Banglore campus.
Vishnu presented: “Design and Validation of low cost wearable assistive device for carrying back loads.” The paper is based on the load carrying aid designed for women in Dunda Village, Uttarakhand. Co-authors include Rahul K ( M Tech RAU student), Harish Mohan, Ayumeric Maurin (#EPFL intern), Renjith Mohan (#ACIP), and Bhavani Rao.
Deepu presented: “An experimental study of force involved in Manual rebar bending process”. This work is done to identify the skills involved in manual rebar bending process co-authored by S. Vishnu Rajendran, Harish Mohan and Bhavani Rao.
