Today is International Women’s Day, dedicated to celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women all over the globe. Today also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity and reminds us that much work is still needed in the area of gender equality. International Women’s Day is not just another “greeting card” holiday to celebrate friends and family, it is a day to motivate and unite friends, colleagues and whole communities to think, act and be gender inclusive.
