AMMACHI Labs and social works students got the opportunity to be part of the 56th annual day celebrations of Muthakara school in Wayanadu, Kerala. It was a good platform for the children from vallaramkunnu village to display their singing and dancing abilities. Our team and students helped the kids to perform various programs like folk song, dance, drama, and a skit on Edasseri’s well-known poem ‘Poothapattu’ – The song on the Poltergeist. Pootham, is a folklore idol who appears dancing to the rhythm of drum- beats and short pipes on every courtyard after the summer harvest.
